INGREDIENTS 4 servings

250 G FIOR DI LATTE MOZZARELLA

4 HOME-MADE BREAD SLICES

10 CHERRY TOMATOES

8 BASIL LEAVES

12 BLACK OLIVES

1 GARLIC CLOVE

EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL Q.S.

OREGANO Q.S.

PREPARATION

Slice bread into four (about 2 cm thick). Toast them on both sides, in the oven or in a pan. Once browned, brush garlic clove on toasted bread. Drain fior di latte mozzarella and dice it (cubes not too big). Chop cherry tomatoes into four. Pour fior di latte mozzarella, black olives and cherry tomatoes into a bowl. Add basil, oregano, extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of salt. Sprinkle caprese bruschetta with the mixture prepared.
