Gnocchi with mozzarella di bufala Campana DOP

PREPARATION

Prepare the gnocchi (see gnocchi). Prepare an abundant sauce the day before. Boil the gnocchi in water and salt and take them off the water as soon as they come up to the surface. Prepare them, preferably, in a large earthenware dish or in small pans, to make individual portions. Season with the diced mozzarella and mozzarella, lots of Parmesan and basil leaves. Pass in the hot oven for about 15 minutes. Serve immediately, with the stringy mozzarella.
