This is our promise and our commitment: to guarantee a good, fresh, but above all natural product.
Our Fior di Latte is made following the family dairy tradition, which we have been passing on for generations since 1868.

We make mozzarella the traditional way, with the natural fermented whey, after more than 4 hours rest before proceeding to the FIlatura (stretching phase).

The ingredients are simple: spring water microbiologically pure and fresh and selected cow’s milk, strictly tested through more than 300 weekly analysis.
