Penne pasta with fresh tomato sauce and mozzarella

INGREDIENTS

320 G PENNE PASTA

500 G CHERRY TOMATOES

250 G MOZZARELLA

FINE SALT

BLACK PEPPER

1 GARLIC CLOVE

PREPARATION

Pour the oil together with the garlic clove and let it brown. Remove the garlic clove and add cherry tomatoes. Add salt and black pepper, and let it simmer for 20 minutes. Dice mozzarella. Cook pasta and drain it directly into the tomato sauce. Finish cooking for a couple of minutes, turn off the heat and add diced mozzarella.
