Close to Roccamonfina’s National Park, an uncontaminated area of value, source of irreplaceable riches for the air and the subsoil, stands the Sorì Italia’s plant.

In North of Campania, in the heart of PDO areas, on the borders of Lazio and Molise’s regions, the company is placed in the beautiful territory at the foots of Roccamonfina’s National Park, dominated by the oldest volcanic of Campania, Roccamonfina precisely, born about 600.000 years ago, structurally similar to Vesuvius, but far superior for dimensions. It is a territory surrounded by the nature, characterized by the precious presence of water springs,: the same water that, together to milk, plays an important function for the creation of a good mozzarella. Water, which is used for production, for cooling, for firming, for packaging and finally for accompanying the product on sales, as well as for sanificating production areas, plays an important role in a Dairy Firm. The respectful and conscious use of our natural resources makes us proud of our work, the attention to our territory is what is perceived from our products, because working in a protected area where there is no pollution is the best ingredient that we can hold.

We use our water, microbiologically pure.
Water is used for production, for cooling, for firming, for packaging and finally for accompanying our product on sales; it plays a fundamental role in a Dairy Industry. Our water gushes pure, without any treatments, thanks to volcanic origin of subsoil in which we stand.
